Details: Provide your PAN, folio number, transaction details, and a clear description of the issue (e.g., delayed transaction submission, unauthorized execution, or service lapse).

Timeline: Allow standard operational time (usually 3 to 7 working days) for us to respond and resolve the matter.
Step 2: Escalate to the Asset Management Company (AMC) / Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA)

Action: If we fail to respond or resolve the issue satisfactorily, contact the concerned AMC directly or its RTA (such as CAMS Investor Support or KFintech).

Details: Mention the previous communication or ticket number generated with us.

Timeline: AMCs have a dedicated investor relations officer and compliance team to investigate distributor-related or transaction-level grievances.
Step 3: Lodge a Complaint on SEBI SCORES

Action: If the grievance remains unresolved after 30 days or the response is unsatisfactory, register and file a formal complaint on the SEBI SCORES Portal .

Details: Submit your KYC details, complaint category, and supporting documents. SEBI takes up the matter with the concerned intermediary for a time-bound Action Taken Report (ATR).
Step 4: Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)

Action: If you are still unsatisfied after the SCORES process, you can initiate conciliation or arbitration through the common Online Dispute Resolution Portal.

Timeline: This provides a formal, independent, and time-bound legal mechanism managed by Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs).
